Collins Transmission is the kind of business you don’t come across enough anymore. This group of brothers treated us less like customers and more like neighbors from the first phone call. Communication was outstanding the entire process — no guessing, no runaround, just honest updates and straight answers. What impressed us most was their integrity. They gave us a fair, honest price upfront and stuck to it without any surprises. That level of honesty and professionalism is rare these days. We are absolutely over the moon with the service they provided and can’t recommend Collins Transmission enough. We hope we never need transmission work again anytime soon, but if we ever do, they will absolutely be our first call. If more companies operated the way these guys do, the world would be a much better place.

We were extremely blessed to have found this shop!! Our transmission failed just as we were starting our family vacation. John and his brothers were extremely helpful and kind. They were very upfront about costs and made sure we understand the warranty, etc. I always felt like our van was in good hands! They made our stressful situation more manageable!

We broke down on a road trip and were very lucky to find this business. It's run by a few brothers and they were great! Good communication and honest guys. I can't say enough good things about them. THANK YOU!!!

If you’re looking for transmission repair or replacement, John Collins and his brother and accompanying staff, are there to serve you and get your vehicle correctly, moving in on the road again. These fellas have been in business for a very long time, and really know they’re old-school transmissions. They also know modern day transmissions as well. So if it’s transmission service, you need, you need Collins transmission! A highly recommended local small business!

Thank you Collins Transmission family for saving my son's car. Could have been over, but due to your expertise were able to come up with an alternative solution that was less costly.
